So it has been a very crazy month or so.... well it has been a very busy 6 months but this last month has been especially nuts. I (scott) have been hired to produce political ads for the run up to election which has made life very busy. Lots of 4am nights! On top of that I started a multi month long project this month for a client in Atlanta. Unfortunately the blog got moved to the back seat as a priority. That said our house has made lots of progress in the last month or so.

We have completed all electric and passed rough in inspection, completed plumbing and passed rough in inspection, we have 2nd floor heating and air finished. The rest of heating air will be done after Sheetrock is up. All of our windows have been installed, the side deck has been torn down and re built, Floors have been patched and are ready for hardwoods, foundation block has been patched and replaced.. this is for looks and also to keep out critters and of course water. We have installed 2 vent less fireplaces and built walls around them, took down our 2nd chimney to the roof line and rebuilt it with new brick. And of course the most important is I am almost done running all the smart cable. (more details on this. It needs its own post);-)
