Inspiration Home

Southern Living magazine recently featured their 2010 Georgia Idea Home. Let's just say "Wow!" Scott and I are in agreement that we would be perfectly happy if our home was modeled after that home. Here are a few pictures that I just love.

We love the ceilings. They painted all the ceilings throughout the house a pale blue. I think we may do the same.

We will be doing something very similar with our kitchen however all our cabinets will be a creamy white. I love the seating at the breakfast table. Notice how the countertop wraps down the sides of the island. Wow! We have been busy this week nailing down our kitchen design. Scott is very thorough and attentive to detail which is really needed in designing a kitchen.

I love the coziness of this swing. I seriously can't wait to sit on our front porch, sip some coffee and watch the girls play.
