we passed!

Monday evening we had to sit before the Historic Preservation Board to seek approval for the changes we want to make to the exterior of the home. We were very nervous because we'd heard some horror stories. One lady had to speak before us and during that proceeding we began to sweat. The Board was very concerned about her use of awnings and flower boxes and dialoged about it for 15 minutes. We had a list of countless items to change so you can imagine our fear.

Scott prepared a presentation for the Board to look at including pictures and explanations of what we want to do. The Board loved our presentation and we passed with flying colors!
